Very peaceful and quiet. Good location. Confortable accommodation in a 3 bedroomed lodge - ideal for our requirements.
Seating in main room not quite enough for 6 adults. No mirrors in bedroom which made hair drying difficult. Chair in bedroom would have been useful.

The staff in the restaurant the first evening was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to Woodland, an adventure park that my young girls (8 and 9) loved. And it's close to Dartmouth, Dartmoor etc.

Adequate accomodation in pleasant setting
Overpriced for a room that was basically the standard of a travel lodge.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the hotel. The spa facilities were better than expected, with a spacious swimming pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and rejuvenating sauna. The gym was equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. The spa itself was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. One of the highlights of my visit was the therapy treatment. I had a 45-minute massage/facial session with Molly as my therapist, and it was truly superb. She was one of the best therapists I've ever experienced! The breakfast at the bistro was cooked to order and very tasty. My friend and I also enjoyed a nice two-course lunch, despite a few hiccups with the ordering process.
The golf course provided a lovely view from the spa and bistro, although I didn't personally play.

Location is good for visiting local attractions, breakfast is good.
Hotel rooms are not cleaned properly & towels smell, on one occasion towel which was placed in bath for cleaning was replaced on towel rail with dirty foot prints on it. Tables in restaurant are not cleaned properly & are sticky. From my experience the waiting staff in restaurant are slack.

The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel was overpriced and looked very tired. The bathroom was very old and had paint peeling off the ceiling. The breakfast was cold and there was very little variety considering the price.
